MasterCare is pleased to announce the execution of an agreement with NSW Department of Communities and Justice for the implementation of the Company’s MasterCare Client Management System (Mastercare) for the Elver Trauma Treatment Program.
- Continued expansion of MasterCare into the NSW Community Health sector
- Implementation of the MasterCare solution as a Clinical Management System
- Implementation of Dashboards-as-a-Service for outcome-based data reporting
- Committed first year revenue of approximately $55,000
MasterCare aims to support organisations using more secure and efficient methods to improve processes and prepare for a future of digital health. The Elver Program wanted to move away from a paper-based working environment and excel spreadsheets to an electronic clinical management system. A multi solution of MasterCare and Dashboards-as-a-Service supported this requirement while also giving the Elver Program the tools to assist clients in the diagnosis and treatment of trauma care for children and young people in Out Of Home Care (OOHC) across New South Wales.
Hosted on MasterCare’s cloud infrastructure, Altitude Cloud Hosting, the solution will be deployed across the program’s multi-disciplinary setting, providing support for Mental, Allied and Community Health providers at the client and administrative levels.
The Elver Program will also become the first organisation in New South Wales to implement MasterCare’s new Dashboards-as-a-Service integration. The service will be used to record patient data and assist in the reporting of patient outcome measures over the life of the program.
The Dashboards-as-a-Service integration is yet another exciting addition to the MasterCare solution, providing clients with data capture and analytical benefits far superior to that of the existing paper-based reporting processes that currently plague the Australian healthcare industry.
Expanding into New South Wales
Managing Director of MasterCare, Mathew Cherian, is excited by the prospect of growing MasterCare’s existing user base within New South Wales.
“Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic we expanded our Sales team into NSW to address the growing demand for an electronic healthcare solution. Our aim is to continue the growth and expansion we have achieved in the Community Health Network in Victoria across the border into New South Wales.”
“We see Elver as a positive move forward in achieving this objective in New South Wales, and another positive step towards providing Australian healthcare providers with a comprehensive solution that is future-proof in an ever-changing community health landscape.”
In the past 24 months, MasterCare has expanded across the Victorian Community Health Network, with the list of organisations implementing the MasterCare solution continuing to grow at a promising rate. Ballarat Community Health, Bellarine Community Health, Sunraysia Community Health, Bass Coast Health, Monash Health and Windana Drug and Alcohol Recovery are all amongst the list of recent signings for MasterCare in Victoria’s Community Health network.
