MasterCare Secures Two Significant Contracts

MasterCare is pleased to announce that it has secured two significant contracts for Homeless Healthcare (WA) and Peninsula Health (VIC) for the implementation of a range of MasterCare solutions which include, MasterCare Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and cloud hosting.

Homeless Healthcare continues the Company’s momentum in Western Australia joining Waratah, St John of God Outreach Services, Chorus and the Western Australian Mental Health Commission who utilise a statewide solution.

The Peninsula Health contract builds on our existing relationship and continues the Company’s momentum in regional growth corridors in the Victorian Community health landscape. Peninsula Health joins Echuca who recently implemented their solution; Windana Drug and Alcohol Recovery, Bass Coast Health and Ballarat Community Health all of whom have come on board with the MasterCare solution in recent years.

Contract Value – Recurring Revenue
These two key contracts amount to a collective value of $249,033 in annual recurring revenue and $74,250 in professional services. These contracts continue to highlight the strong sales pipeline underway which the Company has developed over the past 12 months and the strong support expressed in the industry leading healthcare solutions that MasterCare provides to its customers.

Homeless HealthCare ‘Win’
Perth’s largest provider of primary healthcare services to people who are homeless or marginally housed, Homeless Healthcare, will utilise the MasterCare EMR and cloud hosted solution. EMR will provide the ability for Homeless Healthcare to streamline patient workflows, practice management, manage intake and referral management, create care plans and collect consistent data for different state and national funding models.

Peninsula Health ‘Contract Extension’
To further expand the relationship with MasterCare, Peninsula Health are deploying a cloud hosting solution for their existing EMR capabilities. The MasterCare hosting solution delivers a highly secure solution in data centres that comprise part of the Australian Government’s National Critical Infrastructure Program. Data centres used by key Federal Government departments and providing Sovereign data guarantees and exceptional levels of uptime and security.

Michael Davies, CEO of MasterCare commented:
“We are delighted to be supporting Homeless Healthcare a not-for-profit charity and building on our existing strong relationship with Peninsula Health. Homeless Healthcare is an outstanding charity which promotes health for homeless and marginalised persons, and we’re thrilled that we can help them in their mission to deliver health care services to vulnerable members of the community in Western Australia. We’re excited to deliver a cloud hosted solution for Peninsula Health, an innovative and progressive community health care provider who we already work closely with on their Electronic Medical Records (EMR) solution.

MasterCare will provide these solutions to help deliver healthcare and improve accessibility to community, mental health and outreach services across Australia.”
