Introducing our integration with Heidi, and what it says about where we are heading

Our first step: integrating with Heidi
We are pleased to announce that MasterCare+ and MasterCare EMR will integrate with Heidi AI, an AI-powered clinical documentation platform, planned for the next release of each product.
Heidi works alongside clinicians to capture, structure and complete clinical notes more efficiently. It does not replace clinical judgment. It reduces the manual effort involved in translating that judgment into documentation, so that clinicians can be more present with their patients and less burdened by their screens.
The rationale for choosing Heidi is straightforward. The platform has demonstrated real clinical impact at scale, and its design philosophy aligns with our own: technology should serve the clinician, not the other way around.
What this means for MasterCare users

Our team recently attended the Heidi Unlocked event in Melbourne, where Dr. Tom Kelly, co-founder of Heidi Health, spoke about the future of AI in clinical practice.
