The Heidi widget sits as a floating panel inside MasterCare+, pulling in patient context automatically. When the visit is done, a single action files the note. It is designed for the full range of settings MasterCare supports across Australia: community health, mental health, specialist centres, day hospitals and multidisciplinary care teams.

This is not AI replacing clinical judgment. It is AI reducing the manual effort involved in translating that judgment into documentation – so clinicians can be more present with their patients and less burdened by their screens.

Getting started requires a short setup on the MasterCare+ side before clinicians can use the widget. Access the user guide for information on set up or contact our team to assist with the following steps:

Enable the Heidi Health module (and its required Clinical Note module) for your organisation in MasterCare+

Ensure clinician profiles have the correct permissions set up.

Verify the Heidi Health Document clinical note template is in place.
